Benjamin Wiggins - DASH Program Director, University Libraries
Benjamin holds a B.A. in Cultural Studies and Comparative Literature (summa cum laude, 2007) and a Ph.D. in American Studies (2013) from the University of Minnesota. He has published in The American Historian, The Chronicle of Higher Education, Ethnic and Racial Studies, Natural Hazards Observer, and Television and New Media as well as volumes from Intellect, the University of Chicago Press, and Johns Hopkins University Press. His current research focuses on racial discrimination in risk assesment technologies. Previously, Benjamin served as the Director of Digital Learning Initiatives at the University of Pennsylvania, where he also taught in the Department of History and the Department of History & Sociology of Science.
