9:30 am – 10:00 am
In this informal presentation, Chair of American Indian Studies and Associate Professor of Anthropology, Katherine Hayes, will discuss using digital platforms to bring forward some of Fort Snelling’s less-recognized history and how these platforms invite broader and more critical engagement by multiple audiences in the site to effect a kind of counter-mapping.
Please join us in Nolte 125 at 9:30 a.m. on October 4th for this talk and discussion. Refreshments provided.
